Theatre Visit : London Assurance

Our May booking is at the Olivier Theatre for London Assurance by the Irish genius of London theatre in the age of Dickens, Dion Boucicault. It features two of the great comic roles of the English stage, Sir Harcourt Courtly and Lady Gay Spanker, played at the NT by Simon Russell Beale and Fiona Shaw. What better recommendation could there be!

We have obtained 20 tickets at £30 (face value £38) for the performance on Wednesday 12 May at 7.30pm. No information yet about running time.

We anticipate an enthusuastic response and the closing date for bookings is the 19th March.

A booking form is attached but will also be available at the next HWDFAS meeting.
